Terms for Tournament Play

Please read... In order to provide a FAIR tournament for all participants we will strickly adhere to these terms.

  • All payments must be made in advance through USTA to be entered on the draw.

  • The Tournament ends on Sunday!  All matches must be completed by Sunday the last day of each tournament unless a weather related delay occurs.

  • One conflict issue is allowed in writing via the contacts tab.  No multiple conflicts!!

  • You are signing up for a commitment to be available throughout the tournament dates.

  • Be sure to sign up in the division(s) or above you are rated to play based on your USTA rating.  

  • No refunds will be given for defaults or withdraws.
